Notes to Teachers-in-charge:
1.	School Account Registration will start from 1 November 2023 and will end on 11:59 a.m., 4 December 2023.
2.	You can click here to download the “Manual of Hong Kong Budding Poets (English) Award Online Platform” (The manual provides step-by-step instructions on how to use the online platform).
3.	Once you have filled in all the required information online, you will receive a computer-generated School Account Registration Form. You will have to check if the information stated is correct. You must return the form with Principal’s signature and the school chop by fax or email to the organiser on or before 5:00 p.m., 6 December 2023 (Fax no.: 3940 0202 / Email: hkbpa@hkbpa.hkage.hk). You should use the following filename format: “HKBPA_school name” (For example: HKBPA_The Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education); the initial is also acceptable (for example: HKBPA_HKAGE).
4.	You will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days after your submission.
5.	You can use the account name and password provided in the confirmation email to log in the platform.
