For HKAGE Student Member Participants
  1. Please refer to the notice on the website
For All Registered Public Participants
  1. When the red rainstorm warning signal is in effect,
    • The Annual Hotung Lecture cum parallel sessions for teachers and parents, all the exhibition booths and activities will continue as scheduled.

  2. When the black rainstorm warning signal or the typhoon signal no. 8 or above is in effect,
    • All activities will be cancelled.

  3. Participants will be informed about the latest arrangements individually or via the HKAGE website.
