| Twice exceptionality refers to the co-morbic conditions of gifted children with other special educational needs (e.g. Autism / Asperger, Special Learning Difficulties and ADHD… etc.) The understanding of and support to this special group of children in Hong Kong is scanty. With reference to this situation, our project will focus on the needs of twice exceptional children and their families and develop research based evidence and supporting services for them. The said project includes two stages: research and intervention. For stage one, that is, the research stage, we aim to collect both quantitative and qualitative data and information from the twice exceptional families. The stage has been completed. Stage 2: Support Services Target audience: Families with twice-exceptional children (Priority will be given to families which have participated in the focus group interview of the Project Twice Exceptional.) For registration: Parents are to submit their child’s assessment report/psychological report.
