Dear Educators
The Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education (HKAGE) is pleased to bring to Hong Kong’s education leaders the Annual Hotung Lecture 2011 by Professor Joseph Renzulli and Professor Sally Reis.
The HKAGE recognises the significant role that education leaders play in steering the direction for the nurturing of students and in meeting the learning needs of our bright and brightest. One of our aims is to engage with education leaders, to support and encourage them in their efforts in nurturing high-ability students.
We are delighted to invite two distinguished gifted education experts, Professor Renzulli and Professor Reis, to share their views on gifted education with our education leaders. In this annual lecture, Professor Renzulli will share his insights on the unique aspects and benefits of gifted education in the 21st century, followed by Professor Reis presenting compelling evidence about the ways that gifted programmes make a difference to students’ lives.
